Each product purchased will be supplied with an application sheet - application tape. Attention!!! in the personalization field you must specify only the telephone number that the courier will need to make delivery of your order easier... only if a possible personalization is requested in the description and photos then it must be entered, always together with a contact number telephone.
I always recommend, when customization is possible, to send me a confirmation message via Etsy messaging
